About our Ribs
Parcooked and marinated in our secret BBQ basting, our ribs are tender, succulent and meaty, creating that perfect balance and irresistible flavour. Our ribs are made from the finest pork available both locally and from abroad.
The 3-step process is what makes our ribs so tender and succulent. First is the tenderising stage, where the ribs are blended with our special herb and spice mix, then slow cooked for maximum succulence. Once cooled, we add our unique BBQ basting marinade then vacuum seal to lock in the flavour.

About our Bacon
Our rindless bacon is naturally beech wood smoked, creating that traditional smoked flavour. Our perfect salty balance gives it its unique full bodied taste.
Our stringent selection process ensures that we only source the finest pork available, which is processed to our exacting standards. We produce various cuts of bacon: back, streaky, shoulder and prime cut. After being meticulously produced and sliced, our bacon is vacuum sealed immediately to lock in flavour and freshness.
